The year is unimportant , the city is Townsville . After multiple fights , a lot of buttwhuppin'  and Endless humiliation , mojo jojo and dexters Archnemisis team up their powers and their clueless lackwit armies and thought long and hard ( with penut brains in overdrive ).  Until finally , after endless headaches ( pure grade Asprin not included) they came up with the ultimate and dare i say Foolproof plan. a plan so devious , so maniacal , so extremely HORRENDUS , that only the producer and writer of Queen of the damned could dream up.
